1. Purpose of the System

The digital verification system is designed to strengthen transparency and trace silver bars produced on NQ production lines. Entering a serial number confirms that the number was issued by our official database and matches the product's approved technical specifications. This system applies exclusively to bars; ounces, coins, and liras are not included because they do not carry serial numbers.

2. Proof of Authenticity Requirements (Customer Responsibility)

Please note that matching a serial number electronically is only an initial tracking step and does not replace physical inspection of the item. To confirm authenticity, the customer must verify the following:

Product weight and dimensions must match: the item's actual weight, measured on an accurate jeweler's scale, as well as its purity and minted specifications, must exactly match the technical data shown on screen. Digital verification applies only to bars. Ounces, coins, and liras do not carry serial numbers, are issued in standard packaging, and are therefore outside this digital verification system.

3. Legal Disclaimer and Data Protection

NQ is not liable for inadvertent errors or omissions in the digital serial-number verification system. Information is provided “as is,” without absolute guarantees of immediate completeness or real-time digital currency; physical and laboratory inspection remains the primary reference. NQ accepts no legal or financial liability for the authenticity of items purchased from untrusted sources or unauthorized intermediaries, even when a printed serial number is valid and appears in the system, because numbers may be unlawfully copied by counterfeiters. NQ takes reasonable measures to ensure its products meet technical specifications at production, but is not responsible for damage or loss caused by tampering with a product or its packaging after it leaves our control and official points of sale, or for counterfeit packaging unlawfully produced by a third party under a similar name. Our responsibility for the product's condition and weight ends once it leaves our official points of sale. Customers must inspect products immediately upon receipt from the delivery representative and refuse delivery if there is any sign of tampering or attempted opening.

4. Jurisdiction and Amendments

We reserve the right to amend the database or update these terms and company policies without prior notice. Any legal dispute shall be decided exclusively by the competent local courts in Palestine, the country of origin and administration.
