Customer Questions
Questions About the Company
Where is the company located, and can I buy or collect directly from the shop?
Our operations center and metalworking facility are in Hebron, and our main production lines focus on wholesale supply to merchants. Retail sales are available exclusively through our website. We do not currently operate a public showroom or offer collection from the workshop; our delivery network serves cities and governorates throughout Palestine.
Will you buy my silver when I want to sell and convert it to cash?
The company may repurchase bullion and investment coins it issued at prevailing market prices when they are offered for resale, subject to the cash liquidity available to the company at that time. A repurchase is valued on the precious metal's net weight; manufacturing charges and approved hallmarking fees are deducted, and the difference between the buy and sell prices at the time of agreement is taken into account.
How can I trust your products and protect my money?
Trust and investment security are central to our work. Our bars and products are minted from high-purity silver to the stated fineness and checked against exact weight and purity requirements. Each eligible NQ bar carries a unique laser-engraved serial number documented in our records. Orders include ownership and warranty documentation, and customers retain the right to ask the competent official hallmarking and precious-metals inspection authority to examine a product and confirm its specifications.
Can I negotiate or receive a discount on the displayed prices?
Our displayed prices are firm investment prices. Investment metal—bullion and coins—differs from traditional silver accessories because it does not include large retail margins or complex craftsmanship charges that create room for bargaining. We show the product's best net price from the outset, based on global markets and the local market.
Questions About Silver Investment
What is the buy–sell spread when investing in silver?
The spread varies by product size and type and depends primarily on local supply and demand. As demand for silver becomes stronger and more active, the difference between buy and sell prices tends to narrow in the investor's favor. In many market conditions, it may range from approximately 5% to 15% of the product's total value.
What are the differences between locally produced and imported silver?
Purity: Silver is classified by fineness, such as 999.9 (99.99% silver) or 999.0 (99.9% silver). A well-made local bar is not chemically inferior to an imported bar of the same verified fineness. NQ uses high-purity silver grain and controlled induction melting to meet the declared specification.
Purchase cost: Imported bars may carry insured international shipping, customs, and brand-premium costs in addition to the metal value. Local bullion generally lets more of the budget go toward net silver weight plus local manufacturing.
Authenticity controls: International products may use sealed cards, serial numbers, and security holograms. Eligible NQ bars are inspected, laser-marked with a unique serial number, and recorded in the company database, with direct local verification available.
Buy–sell spread: A high imported-product premium may not be recovered when the item is resold primarily for its silver content. Local silver can therefore have a lower spread in some conditions, helping an investor reach break-even sooner. Actual prices and spreads always depend on the product and market at the time of the transaction.
